Patti Hetkey serves as Community Relations Manager for the Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities (MCBDD), where she leads the agency’s internal and external communications strategy.

In her role, Patti oversees public relations, media outreach, digital communications, community engagement, and brand management. She works closely with agency leadership, families, providers, and community partners to promote awareness of programs and services and to highlight the achievements of individuals served by MCBDD.
