Direct Support Professionals (DSP)  are the frontline workers who our system relies on to make sure people with disabilities have the daily support they need while helping them to live, learn, work and play in their communities. The developmental disabilities field is currently experiencing a DSP workforce crisis. If you have any any questions about becoming a DSP in Medina County, please email us at providersupports@mcbdd.org.
