Medina County Commissioners Recognized for Accessibility Efforts

MCBDD Superintendent Maleckar, recently presented the Medina County Commissioners with a proclamation of recognition and appreciation on behalf of the Medina County Board of DD Board Members. The proclamation honored the commissioners’ leadership in installing the first fully accessible universal changing restroom in a county building. This restroom includes an adult size changing table, an accessible layout, and enhanced privacy features beyond standard ADA requirements — all representing a major investment in the health, safety, and dignity of residents and visitors.
