IDEA Federal Funds – Public Comment

IDEA Part B (34 CFR 300.165, 34 CFR 300.201) requires that the Medina County Board of DD-Windfall School annually provide an opportunity for public comment, including individuals with disabilities and parents of children with disabilities, regarding the LEA’s use of IDEA Part B funds. MCBDD-Windfall School plans to use IDEA Part B Special Education funds towards support staff assigned in the intensive needs classroom to execute positive behavioral support strategies.

Public Comment can be made from May 26 to June 30.
