Jerry Thomas, MCBDD Individual Supports Coordinator, will share information on adopting a positive presence to help the people you supervise and the individuals you serve feel respected and at ease. Learn the “hows and whys” of being intentionally present for those you support. There will also be information sharing and networking with other frontline supervisors.
