Community Vaccination Clinic

The Medina County Board of DD will be partnering with the Medina County Health Department for a Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for all community member ages 5 and older.
At this clinic, the following vaccines will be available:
- Pfizer: First, Second, Booster, and Pediatric (ages 5-11) doses available
- Moderna: First, Second, and Booster available
- Johnson & Johnson: First dose available
Appointments are required.
Please be sure to bring a form of identification and your COVID-19 vaccination card to be updated.
