Is needle anxiety preventing you from getting your COVID or flu vaccine? We can help!  ASGA is proud to partner with the Summit County Board of DD and Sand Run Pharmacy to provide this opportunity.

WHO’S ELIGIBLE:

• COVID vaccine for ages 12 and above.
• Flu vaccine for ages 7 and above.
• DO NOT have to be served by Summit DD – All abilities welcome!
• Medicaid and private insurance accepted – bring your insurance card.

Each person who receives a vaccine and completes a brief survey will receive a FREE Vaccination Support Bag and a McDonald’s gift card.

Make an appointment for this adapted clinic that uses tools to reduce pain and anxiety. Registration required. Deadline to register is Friday, January 26.
