The Supported Living program is a locally funded residential program that enables persons with disabilities to live in settings of their choice. The program offers flexible supports that allow a person to be as independent as possible.

Starting in 2026, all Supported Living invoices shall be submitted directly to Northeast Ohio Network Council of Governments (NEON) for payment processing instead of the MCBDD. As of 1/1/26, regardless of service dates, send invoices directly to NEON. Learn more about this processing update by clicking the button below.
