Initial Medication Administration Certification 1 - Prescribed Medications and Health Related Activities

 

Wed., November 19 and Thurs., November 20, 2025
Wed., January 14 and Thurs., January 15, 2026
Wed., March 18 and Thurs., March 19, 2026
Wed., May 20 and Thurs., May 21, 2026
Wed., June 24 and Thurs., June 25, 2026
Wed., September 16 and Thurs., September 17, 2026
Wed., November 18 and Thurs., November 19, 2026

Two 8-Hour Courses (8:00 am – 4:00 pm each day)
Location: Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities

To attend this training, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or GED), and have background check results completed by a developmental disabilities agency (or by being a DODD-certified independent provider). You must be providing service for individuals in Medina County to enroll in these classes.

Please complete the Medication Administration Certification Course Application (linked below) and present it to the RN Trainer at the time of the class. You must also then fill out and submit the appropriate Med Pass Registration form (found on this page).

Please Note: Class size is limited to 10 participants per class. Only two staff per agency will be allowed to participate in each class.
