Two 8-Hour Courses (8:00 am – 4:00 pm each day)
Location: Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities
To attend this training, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma (or GED), and have background check results completed by a developmental disabilities agency (or by being a DODD-certified independent provider). You must be providing service for individuals in Medina County to enroll in these classes.
Please complete the Medication Administration Certification Course Application (linked below) and present it to the RN Trainer at the time of the class. You must also then fill out and submit the appropriate Med Pass Registration form (found on this page).

2.5-Hour Course

You can not take this class any sooner than 6 months prior to your current Cert 1 expiration date; or no later than 60 days after your Cert 1 expiration.
